Introducing the pet portal and online scheduling!

The Sun Prairie Pet Clinic has introduced online scheduling and access to your pets medical information through our online pet portal. By logging into the pet portal you will have access to your pet’s due dates for vaccines and other preventative care items such as heartworm testing and fecal testing, as well as the ability to update your file information (address, phone number, email address), schedule appointments online, and request refills of medications.

To access the portal and online scheduling, start by clicking on any of the ‘online scheduling’ icons on the Sun Prairie Pet Clinic website (or click here). If you have not used the portal in the past you will be required to create a login password by following the prompts that appear. Existing clients will need to have an email address on file with us. You will need to use the email address that we have on file as this is how the system will verify your identity. If you do not have an email on file, please call the clinic so we can enter one into the system. Once you have done this you will be able to see your pet’s information including name, age / birthday, breed, as well as vaccine due dates and current medications.

New clients can schedule appointments as well.  New clients will be asked to create a profile as well as provide information to start a medical record for your pet.  Once this is done an appointment can be made.

In the portal is the ability to schedule appointments with either the doctors or the technicians. Appointments can be be made for either well or sick pets with the doctors, and basic care with the technicians (nail trims, anal gland expression).

Online scheduling will allow you to schedule times that are open in our appointment book. If you need to be seen sooner our staff can try to make room on an acute basis for urgent cases; to do this, please call the clinic directly at 608-834-8118 to speak to a staff member.

We can accommodate your busy schedule with a select number of medical admission appointments, where your pet can be admitted early in the day for evaluation by a veterinarian later while you are not present. These appointments can be made by speaking directly to a staff member as well.

If you have and difficulty in accessing the portal, please call the Clinic so we can work to address your questions.
